Upgrade business form manufactory (ubf) was established in 1994, over 10 year experience specialized in supplying and manufacturing all sort of pre-printed computer form, pre-printed or plain paper roll, thermal paper roll, barcode printing, computer & laser label and wide range of general (offset) printing

Understanding the environment is dynamic and information transferring every moment, we still maintain our core business and on the other hand, well-equipped ourselves to change and capture new opportunities in future.


2. Organization structure
In order to have more efficient communications between top-down and bottom-up; our structure is quite simple; also, to increase flexibility, partly matrix structure in some specific departments are implemented.


3. The staff
Most of us are well trained with professional knowledge and experienced in this field. By the end of july,2005, our sales team increase to 16 persons and supportive role increase to 6 persons.

Believing people is our most valuable resources and our employer-labour relationship is quite well; parts of them have been stayed with us over 10 years.
